Mind’s Eye Mapping Therapy (MEMT) is a holistic approach that teaches us how to access the body’s inherent wisdom while exploring the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious states of awareness. Learn how to master your autonomous system. Where there is no resistance, there is no pain.
By working with the body's neurocircuitry, through a powerful breath and eye movement practice, MEMT stimulates both the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, using specific ocular movement patterns to access subconscious memories. These movements engage the body’s vast intelligence—an internal system ready to heal and recalibrate.
By engaging in this non-invasive therapy, individuals may experience a reduction in resistance and a release of pain, promoting overall well-being.
